Electrical Primary Design Engineer 

Job Requirements Bachelor / Master Degree in Electrical Engineering from reputable University. Minimum 3 years of relevant post qualification Fully conversant with the latest IEC and IEEE standards Design of HV Substations (experience of Renewable sector would be and technologies on Primary Engineering a plus). Proficiency in AutoCAD, CDEGS, MS Office. Strong technical knowledge and ability to write technical reports. Good communication skills Ability to work o Frequent travel required (domestic and int trict deadlines. Working location: Karachi, Key Responsibilities Layouts Designing of HV Indoor/Outdoor, AIS/GIS Substations up to 220KV. Perform earthing calculations and earthing layout design for overall power plant Equipment selections, hardware selections and preparing installation diagrams. Cable selections and cable sizing culations. Designing and calculatior lightning layouts. Ability to perform Load flow study, short circuit calculations and reactive power compensation calculations. Supporting the project team to prepare BOQ and technical proposals lightning protections and lightning layout.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor / Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering trom a reputable University + Minimum 3 years of relevant post qualification experience. + Fully conversant with the latest IEC and IEEE standards and technologies on Secondary Engineering / Design of HV Substations (experience in Renewable sector would be a plus) + Proficiency in AutoCAD, Etap, MS Office. + Strong technical knowledge and ability to write technical reports. + Ability to work on strict deadling + Frequent travel required (domestic and international), + Working location: Karachi, Key Responsibilities Secondary Engineering and Design of HV Indoor/Outdoor, AIS/GIS Substations up to 220kV. Design of secondary basic documents including SLD, Protection Logics Diagrams, Interlocking Logic Diagrams. Preparation of Signal Lists for SAS/SCADA, Protection, Alarm, Event & Fault recording signals. Checking & Interfacing of Supplier Drawings. (e.g. GIS/AIS Drawings, AC/DC System Drawings, Trans Drawings, etc). CT and VT sizing calcul calculations. Cable Planning, schedules, and preparation of Interface. documents (Termination Details) to integrate the substation equipment Supporting the project team to prepare BOQ and technical proposals.

Job Requirements:

minimum DAE 5 to 10 years of relevant post qualification experience

Key Responsibilities:

Experienced designer with excellent CAD skills required. + Knowledge of working with PV Syst would be a plus. + Candidates must be capable of preparing PV plant layouts, general layouts and earthing layouts, single line diagrams, and BOQ and material list and can calculate dimensions, weight limitations, and materials requirements. + Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in the production of precision technical plans, drawings, and models. + Excellent analytical and observation skills required.
